Principle Accountabilities

  • Facilitate and participate in project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning and demos
  • Work with the teams to help them adopt the Agile process that works best for the team. Track down causes of defects and seek ways to reduce their impact
  • Encourage core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility. Update tracking systems to provide transparency. Radiate information.
  • Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal
  • Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution. Empower the teams to self-organise
  • Improve the productivity of the teams in any way possible. Recommend improvements and assist in changes to practices.
  • Liaise effectively and manage relationships with the management team, Product Owners and other stakeholders around QA issues. Lead QA escalations.

Acting as the single point of contact for all EDI/interface change requests; monitoring and managing system performance and taking part in cross-country knowledge sharing activities – all are elements of this business critical role.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you have proven experience of using SAP Sales & Distribution and Material Management modules and a track record in SAP IDOC/EDI configuration. Knowledge of CRM and other SAP modules e.g. Finance and Warehouse Management would also be handy, while proficiency using EDI TRADACOM, EDIFACT and XML is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills are vital too, together with a high degree of customer focus and good communication & presentation skills. Adept at integrating SAP with third party systems, any exposure to large SAP implementations/ projects in your career to date, possibly within an FMG setting, would also be a plus.
